Package Expiration and Refund Policy

All service packages are nonrefundable and valid for one year from the purchase date. Clients are responsible for scheduling and using all sessions within this one-year period.

Unused sessions expire at the end of the one-year period and cannot be carried over, transferred, or refunded. Once a package has expired, the remaining sessions are no longer available for use, regardless of the reason they were not scheduled.

Expired packages remain subject to this policy and cannot be reinstated or refunded.

By purchasing a package, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
